Position Summary



This Business Manager role sits within the Finance

& Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment

Bank (CIB) supporting the India Treasury Services

Business. The role is based in Mumbai,

India. 





Responsibilities include



§ Assist business in driving the strategic

initiatives and financial goals of India Wholesale Payments



§ Provide proactive and strategic support to

the India business heads 



§ Produce strategic and financial

presentations for management meetings and business reviews



§ Work with the Planning & Analysis team

to ensure accurate business analytics, financials and forecasts



§ Project manage existing and new business

initiatives and drive to completion in a timely manner



§ Track Sales performance, deal closure and

revenue realization 



§ Perform gap and variance analysis on

balances and revenue, and identify opportunities for improvement



§ Work closely with the APAC Business

Management team to ensure that the Product, Sales and Client Service priorities

are aligned



§ Partner closely with functional groups to

drive and deliver the risk and control agenda



Specific Skills/ Experience Required Relevant work experience in a Product, Business Management, Finance or Operations role

Good understanding of TS products and services, revenue drivers, industry players and India regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience facing off senior management and Business Heads is a plus 

Strong project management and organizational skills

Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English
