Drafting and maintaining minutes, registers, records and documents of corporate clients;
Incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships.
Conducting corporate searches; - conducting due diligences on corporate entities;
Compilation of compliance / audit / diligence findings and follow up for closure of observations and issues raised.
Tracking implementation progress of action plans of remediation actions/ process improvement/ potential issues in the processes.
Drafting letters, notices, replies to Government authorities, clients and third parties;
Customizing standard agreements.
Issue and stamping of share certificates and share transfer forms, and other documents;
Co-ordination with statutory auditors on the audit process.

Preparation and filing of forms, returns, reports and documents with the Registrar of Companies.
Liaising with the Registrar of Companies.

Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of drafting letters.
Knowledge of legal compliance
Must have knowledge of basic accounting concepts
Knowledge of accounting software is must.
Good coordination skills.
